Everything was spotless. I didn’t see any staff during my stay, however if was a quick overnight stop. The room was spacious with all amenities, the bathroom was a little tight to move in, but was spotless.

Had a great stay at Cleveland Gardens. We arrived early and the receptionist allowed us to check in early since the apartment was ready. Safe area, quick walk to Paddington station. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely come back again if staying in London.

The property is conveniently located near Paddington Station and has everything you could ask for during a one-week stay in the city. It is tidy, clean, and well-maintained. I’d definitely come back!

Bayswater is just a short walk away where there is many dining options and two underground spots. Paddington Station is always not far. Kensington Gardens is within walking distance and was great to walk around and let the kids play in the amazing play ground.

This is in a “posh” neighborhood in London. Highly recommend. 10 minute walk to Paddington and Hyde park. Very nice property and the staff were lovely to deal with.

Well situated place. Quiet yet close to many site seeing places and food options. Two bedrooms were helpful for three adults to stay. The bathroom had a sewage smell, although it was well cleaned. A removable rubber pad on the sewage hole in the shower would make quite a difference.

It's a nice place. Sofa bed and bed was comfortable. Got everything you need. The only thing we missed was a full body mirror to look after getting dressed . Had a usb charger which was convenient since we did not have an adopter for the outlet

Fantastic stay. Lovely modern rooms. Very clean bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. Nice safe area. Easy enough to walk to local underground’s to get around London. The only reason for 4/5 it was very noisy on the first night. Sounded like someone was moving furniture and dropping it at 6am which was not an ideal time of day. Made us think the walls and floors are very thin, but not really sure how that could be improved. Don’t let this put you off - probably just an unfortunate situation for us.

In the end my stay was nice but there were a few bumps. I didn't know how to get into the building. No directions were sent. I rang the doorbell but no one answered theI sent emails. Someone else came by shortly after, and she rang the bell which was answered. Yay! The first room l got was not like the room advertised. It was much smaller. I spoke to someone a few hours later and got a larger room that looked just like the advertised room so everything worked out. The location was great!

Great location, confusing access

Great location, near Paddington station and all the Tube and Train connections. Generally quiet. Room was as advertised. Bed was against the wall on one side and the closet at the foot - but in Europe, we are accustomed to having to crawl over a partner to get into bed. Biggest drawback - Entering the property was fraught. There are two doors, around the corner from each other, and we chose the one our cabbie dropped us off at. Turns out it was the wrong one to try when we arrived. With NO contact information (phone, text or email info) from the property (only thru Hotels.com, which was very unhelpful, we were reduced to standing outside in the rain with our luggage for over 10 minutes while knocking (and finally pounding) on the door. Once they heard us and let us in, and we had keys and the biz card of the establishment, we had all of that info, but the intro to the place was not a good one.

The residence was a short walk from Paddington station and Kensington gardens. The residence itself was small (as to be expected in London) but manageable for 3 adults. Absolutely gorgeous and modern feeling.

Kitchenette was well equipped. There’s a large Waitrose nearby 6 min walk that has many choices. Some clearer instructions on garbage sorting and perhaps kitchen waste bags would be welcome.

The staff here was amazing. We had never been to London and this was the perfect spot to stay. The property and area was very quiet and it was easy to walk to area dining and shopping as well as public transportation
