Traveler's Nightmare
Wifi didn't work for half the trip. Hot water cut off and finally we were informed that we should add water to a tank inside a closet by the front door. Surrounded by construction projects on all sides of the balcony without a view of anything but the train, which only is not running from midnight to 5 am. The noise is unbearable. There is no A/C so the windows can not be closed or it is too hot. The confirmation says there is a sofa bed. There is none. And the confirmation also stated there was free parking and again that was false. Our son wound up sleeping on the floor for a week. They didn't respond to the email they sent about meeting us for the key. We wound up waiting in the lobby for hours. We received a demand for 300 pounds damage deposit which they processed on our card and that cost us an additional $50.00. Avoid this like the plague.
