"I was traveling with my husband and elderly parents. We appreciated the layout of the room as the beds weren't right next to each other, offering a little more personal space. The room was clean and staff was friendly. This was a very quick stay as we got in later and had an earlier reservation for a tour at Hearst Castle. It was perfect for our needs and provided a good value. I wouls stay here again"

"We've stayed here with our children before. This being our anniversary, I reserved a king single with a balcony. I had mentioned our anniversary to staff and when we arrived, we found not just a very nice room with a perfect view of Morro Rock but a lovely anniversary card waiting for us. As with prior stays, staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The building is in fine shape and parking is a snap. We'll be back."

The room was very comfortable and clean, the only thing was not being able to control the temperature in the room, we would have preferred it be a tad cooler. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others."
