Rooms very clean, lovely bathroom products available and well stocked tea/coffee tray with hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits. Spa area great, good sized pool. Hot tub, sauna and steam room. All staff were very pleasant from reception, spa and dining room staff. A brilliant stay."

"We stayed in apartment 5 which is separate to the hotel but only a few minutes walk away. We were able to park outside the apartment in our own space (you need to turn into the apartment and go under the arch to find it) and on checkout they let us stay parked there until 3pm which gave us an extra 3 hrs to explore Chester. The apartment itself was much bigger than expected and had everything we needed for our mini break with our teenage sons. We had the option to have a roll out bed added to...

"A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly."
