"The stay at Holiday Inn was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable. I also had trouble getting fresh towels, which should be a basic expectation during any hotel stay. On top of that, I selected the “pay when I arrive” option, but I was charged before arrival, along with an additional deposit fee. That was frustrating and not what I expected based on the booking option I chose. Overall, this location felt poorly managed and below standard. The experience was bush league at best, and I will not be staying there again."

"There was makeup on the hair dryer and door, hair in the shower and on the toilet. The whole building has an old wet smell and you can find evidence for a desperately needed update and deep clean everywhere you look."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Our mattress was extremely comfortable, but the pillows were just so so. Maybe bring your own if you can. Now the breakfast we really enjoyed! Everything was fresh, coffee delicious. They even had warm pre-packaged eggs sandwiches and quiche! Easy to grab and go! The shower head was good. FYI...There was a fridge in our room without a freezer and no microwave. There's a Publix very close by. All in all, we'd definitely stay here again!! Also, go see The USS Alabama if you can! "
