The property appeared to have been built quite recently. It is located on a quiet street, and boasts sufficient off-street parking. Check-in and out went well without issues.
The room was nice; comfortable, quiet, and with an interesting floor plan that made it seem much larger than most. A breafast buffet and 24/7 coffee were most welcome.
We.enjoyed the in-room coffee maker and the two large TV's (with Netflix access, no less!).
The only demerits would be for the thin, scratchy towels -- not worthy of the property -- along with the difficulty of acquiring them. Onver the course of our 5-night stay, we never received maid service, and were relegated to going to the front desk every evening to request towels, coffee, etc. One night the hotel was completely OUT of towels...just imagine that.
That was the ONLY drawback, though. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.
