"The bathroom and room were dirty and had a very strong odor. The microwave didn’t work and the staff response was “ok thank you” and nothing else. The breakfast made us not feel well. Until about 1 am there were people stomping and running around the halls and no ordinance followed or maintained."

"THE SEVING STAFF WAS EXTEMELY RUDE. ON SUNDAY MORNING ONE STAFF TOLD MY WIFE AND ME WE COULD GET ANYTHING THAT WAS ALREADY OUT[ IT WAS EARLY 5- 10 MINUTES SOME PEOPLE WERE ALREADY EATING] I WAS LOOK AT THE SERVING AREA TO SEE WHAT WAS OUT ANOTHER STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT THAT BREAKFAST DID NOT START UNTILL 7 AM SHE LEFT AND OTHER PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND STARTED EATING! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT HOTEL!!"

"The lady at the front desk, when we checked in, was very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC worked very well. Breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to access and parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again"

Always helpful and greeting guests as they walked by them each time.
Everything was great except the room smelled a bit musty and the curtain had a large stain on it, possibly from condensation/humidity. (Easy fix tho!)
Plus, it is very near the Gator Boardwalk!"
