"I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made."

"I found everything wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was there to help us, especially when we couldn’t fix the TV.
