"The manager here was a delight! As were the rest of the staff but he provided plenty of suggestions for things to do in Liverpool and further afield for the rest of my travels. Location is great, easy to get to by bus or car with easy free parking. Can easily walk into city centre and explore the docks. On site restaurant was okay - didn’t have much of a range though. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but perfect for a night or two! "

"The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers."

"The access to the apartment on check in was very confusing and we had to provide a security deposit outside of Expedia, at a location off-site. Felt very suspicious. Stovetop electrical did not work with main power switch. All the switches need to be labeled- the fridge was accidentally turned off by someone in my party trying to find light switches. "

"My Mum was gifted a spa day for two for her birthday so I decided to book a stay also. So glad I did ...loved this hotel. Upgrade on the room, fantastic and beautiful bar area and staff were fab. If I had to offer a slight area to improve...the pool was a tad cool for a spa pool. The hotel was a great location to bars and resturants. Thank you for a lovrly stay ."

"The domestic staff are wonderfu, very helpful, lovely people and so very kind. All the staff we were in contact with could not of been nicer. My wife had her 21st some 51 years ago at this hotel!
