"They had absolutely everything I could eat. especially with my food allergies and accommodation of forgetting I was getting off the ship early. The front desk employees were extremely helpful in getting my friend and I to the local mall area to eat lunch and shop while we waited for our room to be ready, by use of their free shuttle! And bringing us back!"

"There was no cold water in the sink nor the shower, this should be corrected asap. Phone and side tables needed a cleaning. Staff was very helpful and nice."

"I wondered if our stay would live up to all the great reviews, and it definitely did. The room was spacious and immaculate."

"The hotel looks like the photos, but it is noticeably old and worn down. The entrance smelled like sewage, and the building had a musty odor. The elevator is very old and makes concerning noises, and there was hair in the shower area when we arrived. The breakfast options were very limited; however, the food was tasty. Overall, the property needs updates and better maintenance."

"While my room was initially clean, housekeeping did not come for 2 days; needless to say garbage piled up. We had to leave early due to an untimely death in the family; because I made the reservation through Expedia, Marriott would not refund any money. I will have to rethink reserving a room at Marriott in the future."

"Communication barrier due to foreign workers. Was there 4 three days with my baby and was given hand towels for bath towels stating they were out. It was a great price for a twin room. Clean-no bugs. Bad water pressure. Front desk was hard to deal with. Overall good stay for the money. Need ENGLISH speaking employees!"

"Should have been remodeled or razed.Bldg is in terrible shape and the furnishings are worn out,60's decor.The eggs and potatoes for breakfast are probably made of cardboard.Both key card doors to parking lot broken.An "electrical" issue?"

"Had a issue with our 1st room the door wouldn't lock but they quickly moved us to another room. The water pressure in the shower seemed kinda weak and my wife was awakened by by ants crawling in the bed they were on the floor as well"
