We were in NJ due to a death in the family, and having such a positive experience at the hotel helped us immensely!"

"The main reason i picked this location to stay was to experience the spa. Found out when i arrived it was permanently close. Also I paid they put a hold of $150+ my tax. $226.68. which was told i would recieve $150. but when i chevked out i was charged an additional $76.68 for the tax. Therer was no one to check uou out and the computer. "

"Horrible customer base staying here. I mean absolutely no control over kids and noise. 12:30 morning kids yelling having full blown conversations right in hallways . Called front desk nothing done about it. They got rid of Starbucks so only place get coffee is restaurant on 6th floor and when we got there 45 min wait for place half empty. This once gem of Atlantic City has officially catered to lower class of people and they let them run wild. Get what you pay for. Pay the extra money stay at...

"The only thing I didn’t like it, it was that the ending charging me $50.00 from my debit card for not reason , I just give them my DC to charge $20.00 at the convention center, I hope is was just a hold for incidents, which I wasn’t inform that I have to pay"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge, microwave and table with 2 chairs are good accommodations to have a casual meal or snack and avoid the need to eat out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade to my room on the day I checked in since it was off season and there were open rooms. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay so close to the beach."

"The slider was broken. Also in the shower there was no where to put your soap or shampoo. Had to put on the floor of the shower. Only one light worked in the room. "
