"From the moment we arrived everything was fantastic. Onsite parking great, walked straight into hotel reception, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, check in quick and easy, room very comfortable. Had the added bonus of Miller and Carter Restaurant within the hotel just off reception"

"Everything fine except nowhere to buy drink ( eg bar or vending machine) on late check in.. Breakfast food great but drinks disappointing... OJ heavily diluted and Coffee awful... Had to use in house Starbucks for decent drinks... Maybe this is the plan?"
