"La chambre était parfaite, grande salle de bain, lit confortable, petit déjeuner inclus très apprécié, climatisation très utile. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment excellent, dans un magnifique quartier à proximité de tout. Il a été possible de visiter l'essentiel de Lisbonne à pieds à partir de l'hôtel, et d'accéder facilement à l'aéroport par le transport en commun (métro) à proximité de l'hôtel."

"I booked the Avenida Palace for my parents to celebrate my Dad's 80th Birthday. The hotel gave them a really lovely room and left little treats like natas. They told me the hotel was beautiful and that the breakfast buffet was excellent. I was nervous about them navigating Lisbon on their own but the concierge helped them find good restaurants close by and Fado performances as well as assisting with taxis. Thank you so much to the staff for looking after them so well!"

"The best thing about the property is there convenience in the location. It is right in the mix. It's a very short walk to a main subway station that they called in Metro. It is the bailable chiado station which connects you to virtually everything in the city. All three Subway rails are accessible from there including the two End Of The Line stations blue and green which gets you to the above ground high speed rail to take you anywhere in Portugal."

"We were there just one night and we arrived at midnight and left before 7am the next morning to catch a flight back home. So we did not eat breakfast so can’t rate that. The hotel is on a side street off the Main Street and does not have much frontage and is not well marked. And as it was dark we had a little trouble finding it. Be aware that there is no elevator so you will have to walk up the stairs. Also, the plumbing is very noisy. Whenever you flush the toilet or run the faucet there is a loud racket. The bathroom was very clean and had been updated. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Oh, and the air conditioning worked fine."
