Hotel Lisboa Plaza, a Lisbon Heritage Collection
"Property was clean and well maintained. Staff at front desk were efficient and kind. The doorman (I think his name was Tomas) was so helpful in getting us a lift to the cruise port. Fresh water was always available in one of the lounges as well as coffee & tea. The breakfast buffet was very good ..."

"Room was disgusting, old socks from previous patrons stuck under curtains, dust bunnies everywhere, bedding dirty, cupboards not closing, carpet leading to room stained, toilet wouldn't flush, shower shot water everywhere, glasses for complimentary water had lipstick on them, highly do not recommend ..."
