While this neighborhood isn't exactly in a prime location in relation to the very popular areas downtown, it is not far from them at all. It is well within walking distance to the Santa Apolonia train station and metro station, which is very convenient and makes it easy to access all the downtown locations using that as a home base. And so therefore it provides a nice and quiet refuge after any and all excursions. Would definitely consider staying here again, nice and tucked away while not far from all the action.

Lovely property for a two-week stay while we worked remotely and explored the city. Enough workspace for two people comfortably and lots of storage. Check-in was meant to be 2pm but when we arrived, the previous guests' sheets were still there and the property hadn't been cleaned. Took 3 hours for cleaners to arrive. Otherwise, apartment was very nice. 10 min walk to central Graça and 15 min walk to metro and train. Very quiet at night the first week but second week the planes were overhead so woke us up at night.

L'ensemble de l'appartement était bien mais sans plus. Il y a vraiment un problème de drain que jai soulevé à mon responsable de cette location. Le drain de la douche était complètement bouché. Le lendemain quelqu'un est venu "réparer" mais l'eau accumulait quand même lors des douches, la toilette ne flush jamais en 1 fois. Il faut flusher plusieurs fois. Dans la douche il y a de la moisissure quand même avancé sur les joints Ils ne laissent pas beaucoup de choses de bases (sac à poubelles, papiers de toilette, savon à lave vaisselle, etc.) nous avons été très limité sur tout ça vu la quantité qu'ils laissent à notre disposition. L'entrée dans l'établissement est difficile avec les escaliers et la hauteur disponible à la porte d'entrée mais ça, c'est plutôt une question architecturale À part cela, la communication par Whatsapp était très bonne. Mention honorable à Joāo qui répondait clairement et rapidement à nos questions! Le reste de l'établissement était bien. C'est bien décoré et les électro ménager fonctionnent bien

Clean and cute

Clean, cute and homey place to stay! Only quirk is that we had to go through some steep stairs then an outdoor entry to get to the actual location but I just found that to be a more authentic stay.

All you need for a pleasant stay!

Great stay, location was a little confusing from the listing but still good with access to places simple enough. Great communication and friendly staff. Window above bed didn’t have a blind which would have been good but everything else was great. The welcome Mateus was much appreciated! Thanks all!
