Beautiful room with the most perfect location and view. We were greeted with wine, waters, fruit, and coffee/tea. Location is directly next to McDonald’s and right in front of the door to the building is the metro entrance. The bed inside the bedroom was very firm so I couldn’t sleep more than one night because I was very sore from sleeping on it. The sofa bed was more comfy but needed the blanket on top to make it a bit more comfy. I ended up having to share that sofa bed with my 12 year old all week because the bed was just too firm and I was in pain lol. The windows open but there’s no screen so watch for flies coming in. The AC works perfectly. The Smeg appliances were absolutely beautiful. The bathroom was amazing and we were amazed with the tv in the mirror! Listing shows toiletries included but just be advised that does not include toothpaste or qtips. Does include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus hand soap and lotion. Bathroom also has a hair dryer with attachments. The bedroom includes a safe, umbrellas, and slippers. This location is literally walking distance to everything. If you don’t walk, take the metro ! Only down side is someone above was moving chairs or something all throughout the night multiple days making it hard to sleep. You will hear the noise from the square below and the trams, but usually ends by bedtime. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Location was amazing! Clean, orderly and just as listing states. Staff is super helpful and attentive. We were thrilled with everything! Our kids enjoyed watching street dancing and activity when chilling at the apartment. Kitchen set up was lovely and simple with all the amenities one would need. Great place!

Ben was an awesome host. Made sure our family of 5 was well taken care of. Apartment was in an extremely accessible area, could walk everywhere to eat and shop. Great recommendations and easy communication with the team. Parking is tight but you don’t really need to drive anywhere anyway because everything is walkable. Would definitely stay again with our young kids.

From start to finish, staying at Lisbon Best Apartments was fantastic! The company communicated from the day before we arrived and Fernando met us at the property upon our arrival. Fomos recebidos super bem pelo Fernando. Ele estava no aguardando na porta, ajudou com as malas e mostrou tudo do apartamento. Indicou restaurantes, supermercado proximo. Super gentil e prestativo. O apartamento excelente localização no Chiado. Aparentemente otimo, sala com televisao, mesa de jantar, cozinha com geladeira, freezer, forno, microondas, maquina de lavar louça, maquina lava seca roupas, alem de pratos, copos, talheres,…. Excellent stay overall. Great location in the middle of everything. Train station entrance/exit right off the front door of the apartment, McDonald right next door. Very easy to find. Despite all that, no noise at all inside the apartment. The place is very modern and clean. No issue with check in/out either. We love it and would not hesitate to stay there again on next visits to Lisbon in the future.

The apartments were nicely furnished with everything you would need. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially JP and Ben who helped us book the tours and airport transfers before we even arrived, also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants etc. Location was amazing, Tram 28 stop right outside and next to the metro station. A lot of food and shopping options around the area. Would definitely stay here again on our next Lisbon visit.

Wow; I just can’t say enough about how great this stay was. We have stayed in short term vacation rentals all over the world and this one ranks at the top of the list from the cleanliness of the entire apartment to the communication everything was top notch. We also used their parking which we were apprehensive about prior to arriving since it wasn’t onsite. Ben who checked us in, was very helpful unloading the car and driving with my husband to the secure, safe, and short easy walk from the apartment parking garage. Parking was a breeze! Best compliment I can give is if we would stay there again and the answer is a definite yes.
