"Good food and drink at the pub that is separate from the accommodation. Slight problem on check in as they had given us a double room instead of a twin, despite sending an email prior to arrival requesting a twin. Staff shortages meant it was a while before the bed situation was sorted but we were in the bar by then so not really an issue. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her."

"Ideal for what we wanted. Breakfast was really good too."

"Perfect 2 night stay with my family. Room was comfortable and clean. Plenty choice for breakfast. Great location to explore the city."

"Fantastic host looked after us incredibly well, the place is right opposite the Lincolnshire county show ground, peaceful and quiet, we had a lovely walk up and down the bridal path. The host is an artist and showed us her works which is very impressive. The site has a new sauna and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was brought to us at the time we chose. Loved it and would book again if we are in the area."

"I had liver and onions for evening meal. It was over cooked as the liver was crumbling as I ate it. The bed was uncomfortable ..mattress was cheap and the bed wobbled every time you moved keeping my wife awake as I moved in the night. Sue, manager was brilliant , very attentive and polite."

"I booked this particular travel lodge as it was close to Sundown Adventureland but whilst already at Sundown, a friend had a look on google maps to see if there was anywhere to eat, during that time they informed me it was a truck stop, which had I known, being a single female with my young daughter, I would not have chose to stay here. Upon arrival, the exterior was extremely unkept, there was smashed glass in the car park from a car window which made me feel uncomfortable, the grass area we...

"Staff were friendly who we saw. Very limited parking even street parking is limited due to permits needed. No breakfast even though it stated breakfast. Rooms could do with an update. Bar area is nice to have a drink and can imagine in the summer would be a great place "

"No hot hot water in the morning for a shower"
