Nice hotel in the San Isidro district. The area around the hotel is fairly quiet (for Lima), and is walkable to some phenomenal restaurants, a nice church, Bosque El Olivar (a beautiful park very near the hotel), and is overall very nice, central, and safe. The hotel itself is pretty modern and well staffed. The room was comfortable and clean (under the bed was a bit dusty, but everything else was fine). Would definitely recommend staying.

El precio no es justificable para lo ofrecido, la limpieza en general deja mucho que desear, no dejaron toallas, jabones ni shampo la primera noche, tuve que pedirlos, las toallas que nos dieron (todas las noches) estaba percudidas y desgastadas, el buffet es muy básico.

The hotel is on the smaller side, but very clean and very helpful staff .. the location is the best .. it's a walking distance to everything and in the heart of San Isidro and next to the "El Olivar" .. an amazing park to rest and walk around .. very safe all the area around it.

A beautiful eco friendly hotel in the center of Lima. Conveniently located in the center of city within walking distance to all. A short drive from airport but worth the travel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Lima.

Nice place
Modern, clean hotel in a nice area. Lots of shopping and dining options around. Nice room with good WiFi, and good breakfast. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would recommended.

Very clean and modern rooms. The breakfast (included) was very good, with a good amount of GF options for my husband. We very much enjoyed our stay. AND, it is two blocks from Astrid & Gaston.

AKV service lacks quality to grant a good stay.
I didn't feel comfortable in my room, the beep of the elevator was quite annoying during the night and I could hear it in my room. My door closed with a big pull, which was quite noisy as well. I couln0t turn on the AC in my room and had to ask for help, the blow drier died in my first attempt to use it. The first night I went to the cafeteria for dinner and even thuogh I was the only person there the waiters never approached me, I had to ask them if the place was open... not a good experience.

I stayed in this hotel for 11/22/18-11/23/18, 1 night. Staff were very polite and nice. Breakfast was good. Rate was very reasonable. However, cleanliness had a big problem. The sheet was not changed. There were all kinds of hairs on the sheet. They changed the room immediately and said housekeeping made a mistake. It looked they didn’t change sheets and just made bed. This ruined our first night of Peru trip. Please take off the cover sheet and check the bottom sheet.

Classy hotel
The hotel was very classy. The room was modern, spacious, and bright, with a beautiful view of a park. We were somewhat disappointed by the breakfasts-- food wasn't kept warm. But we had a lunch and dinner at the same restaurant, and both were very good.
