"I stayed at the InterContinental dor 7 days and found the hotel to be clean and conveniently located next to Larcomar, Unfortunately, a billing issue significantly impacted my overall experience. During my stay, questions were raised regarding my fiancée staying with me, apparently they have a schedule for visitors, I discussed the matter with hotel management and was informed that the related charges would be waived. "The place has great energy, extremely conforming after a long flight. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the room. The draw back is for that amount charged they don’t even give drinking water each day!! Nor do they have disposable shaving kits when asked !! The pool is like a kid size.. the rooms don’t have bathtubs if you are looking to soak up after a hike."

"The hotel has a great location and the staff was generally friendly. The bartender was especially very nice and made excellent drinks. Unfortunately, the hotel bar lacked any atmosphere and was completely empty every time we visited. There were also a couple of disappointing issues during our stay. Housekeeping accidentally threw away my Invisalign retainers, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the coffee offered by the hotel was quite poor and did not meet the standard I would expect."

"It was an absolute delight to stay at the Sonesta Hotel. The location was great; close enough to walk or a quick ride. The rooms are spacious and clean. I am not a breakfast eater but they provided a nice variety of hot and cold options... some made to order. The staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful, and professional. You will not go wrong with a Sonesta stay."
