"This hotel exceeded expectations, really nice vibe, only 25 minutes on the nearby tram to alexanderplatz. Perfect location near the lake which was a lovely walk to after a delicious breakfast. We arrived ready to leave our luggage and our room was ready so we get to check in at 1pm instead! I think we were just lucky but it was nice they let us in.
The shower head wasn’t working but we were fine with the bath function and alerted reception which took a note of it the following day so it didn’t...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and modern — exactly what you hope for when traveling. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

"Großes, ansprechend gestaltetes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zu S-Bahn und Tram und sehr guten Frühstück. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal mit Ausnahme des Nachtportiers Rico. Je nach Lage der Zimmer hört man S-Bahn und Tram recht deutlich. Wir hatten ein großes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Doppelzimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett und Kissen. Das Bad mit Fenster hatte eine Dusche und Wanne sowie Blick auf den Fernsehturm."
