We were very pleasantly surprised with how much we liked this hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful, very clean room, and close to transportation. The bed and pillows were excellent. We ended up doing breakfast everyday at the hotel because it was so good with so many options. Would definitely stay again/recommend.

We love staying at this hotel for a few reasons. Great access to transportation (M2 tram) and S-bhan (Prenzlauer Allee), shops, restaurants and safe area. Hotel breakfast worth the price and rooms are clean and well kept. We stay here while visiting family who live nearby.

Quite location next to a tram stop for access to restaurants. Good breakfast and friendly staff! You will need to use the public transport to go out to eat and drink as there is not a lot immediately next to the hotel.

Great hotel, close to public transport

Friendly staff, stayed in a suite with free minibar, lots of space, car was too tall for the onsite parking (max 160 cm) so had to park quite far away to get an indoor parking garage. Tram stops right outside the hotel which is very convenient.

Transport links make this a great spot to see the sights of Berlin. Hotel really smart and not too busy (when we went at least). Reception 24/7 and they swapped our room service for free drinks at the bar as we were only staying 2 nights which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Very clean and quite hotel in green renovated area of east berlin. I opted for breakfast and it was excellent with huge choice of cold and hot food. Close to S-bann station and tram. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about

Bad service

Ok room, comfy bed and clear. Breakfast way too expensive for the poor selection of food that they had. Upon arrival we’ve been asked if we want our room cleaned every day, and if not we could get 1 free drink at the bar/night. When we wanted to cash in those drinks, well, we couldn’t everything we wanted, only beer and wine. Poor communication, broken English and bad service.

Forget Mitte! Prenzlauer Berg is a better neighborhood and the Holiday Inn there is a superb hotel. Our room was spacious, featuring a desk, cabinets, and a large flat screen TV. The bathroom was also large and the rain shower was a welcome perk. Staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. (I appreciate their patience with my imperfect German, though of course they speak impeccable English.) Next time I’m in Berlin, I’ll stay here!
