Service at all times was prompt and pleasant. The breakfast team, including Hossein, Tufayel and Jenisha, were very helpful. "

"Overall very good and I'd happy go back, however the hotel has a very strange and rather disjointed layout, and the public spaces whilst very well kept and pleasant don't go the extra mile to make this feel like a premium experience. Let me be clear, this is only the decor, which is in good condition, just not very special. The staff, room and food were excellent"
