Check-in was a breeze. Front desk was really informative. Unfortunately the room was lacking. Walked in. Light didn't work. We eventually found the next day a plug was not in. The room came with a coffee maker. No cups. Waking up to no coffee in the morning and the front desk closed was a bummer. The bathroom walls around the shower have mold in the grout. Not very pleasant. Did not even want to use. Needed to warm up some food in the morning. Front desk wasn't open at 6am. Overall -- would stay there again for the price and convenience. Just wished the other stuff wa taken care of

VERY Unfriendly front desk person. Didn’t say hello or talk to me besides giving me the key. I had to ask where the room was and how to access to it. The room smelled very bad. Filthy shower curtain covered w orange soap scum & black stuff. Wallpaper peeling off. Coffee pot w/o coffee or cups. Tissue holder w/o tissue. No breakfast even though there are pics of it. Nice on the outside but seriously lacking in the inside. When we tried to reach the guy again bc the remote didn’t work, he would not come back to the office to help us. Another guy even knocked in his door but he would not answer. (Worst service ever!) The bed was comfortable & I liked the location being within walking distance to the river trail, grocery & restaurants.

It took 30 minutes for any staff to appear. By that time we were terribly worried about the quality of this property. They would not allow us to see the room beforehand. Because we were worried about safety of this place we decided not to stay. The manager was rude, it was hard to communicate with him. We walked out, went to our car and he threaten to call the police if we did not leave the property. This is totally unacceptable and I do not know how Expedia even excepted this hotel. Do not stay at this place.

The worst customer service ever!!!!
Let's see. When we got there, before 11pm, nobody was at the service desk. There's a number on the door that you can call, but no one answers that. There's also a bell you can ring, but, you guessed it... nobody answers that. Now I'm knocking on the door, still no one answers. Mind you I have a non refundable reservation. In the mean time 2 more couples have arrived. Now you got all 6 of us walking around the building knocking on anything that we think would help. After about 45 minutes of that someone finally comes to the door. Everyone goes inside where we the guest start trying to check ourselves in because the guy who answered the door doesn't speak any English, also doesn't know how to check us in. After about 90 minutes the hotel "manager" finally picks up his phone. Says he'll be there in 15 minutes. We get to our room and as soon as I started my blow dryer the electric in our room goes out. Okay they just need to reset the breaker. Good luck getting a hold of anybody. Called about 10 times thru out the night. Finally at noon the next day, the manager from last night knocks on the door to inform me check out was a hour ago. I told him about not having any electricity this whole stay. He looked confused so I mentioned maybe discounting a second night for me. He said he couldn't do anything like that for me. I shut the door in his face after wanting to hit him. He tried to run my card for the full price of another night. They didn't get it and I took 2 hours to get out.
Here is the hotel manager refusing to knock anything off of the rate for a second day.
That orange cord is the cord my husband had to run into our room so we can have light in the bathroom.

This place was horrible as we enter so we noticed rooms melt like mildew and mold to as we approach the bathroom area the carpet was peeled back in the tack strips were sticking up with exposed tax sticking up as we entered the bathroom it was disgusting there was so much black mold in the shower tiles that we were unable to use the shower . I went up to the office and complained and they had a very lax a daisy oh I don’t care attitude and seemed insulted when I asked them to refund my money. . They could not refund my money because I booked it through Expedia so ice demand that he put us in a better room. The next room was slightly better it didn’t smell was still a lot of black mold in the showers in the carpet in the same place was exposed and ripped I would not recommend this place to anybody and I am hoping that Expedia will refund my money

The bathroom was disgusting, toilet was moldy like it hasn’t been clean in months! (took pictures) There were also spiders and spider webs obviously and also hairs on the floor, the smell was horrible. We ended up staying because we didn’t have no choice since it was late night. Do not recommend it!

The pictures when booking are false , non of the breakfast machines were working , all out of order , broken , no staff to check in or checkout , room i stayed in was dirty , fowl smell , A/C unit had mold on it so didnt use , carpet was torn up , bathroom door was split in two from knob to top , bathroom tub and shower dirty , tiles falling off , no safety chain lock on main door , this hotel should be removed from Expedia . I have pictures of everything if i could post i would have .

There were dead insects in one of the drawers, mould on everything including the mini fridge handle and all over the shower, shower curtain filthy, rug was ratty and torn and filthy, when I opened the bathroom door the front panel ripped off at the corner, exposing the gross MDF inside; this had clearly been busted for a while. I have no problem staying at a place with modest facilities but this was pretty gross. If you are staying for an exactly one-night aartpark concert trip banger, then go for it, but otherwise stay away.

There is a nice restaurant, Syros, few minutes away from the hotel. The hotel hallway was dirty, the bathroom in the room was dirty; the curtain was dirty, near the toilet was dirty, the coffee machine was dirty, and there was no coffee to make in the room. Breakfast was to be included but there was none at the time we came down. When we got in, the attendant was sleeping and we have to call as there was no one at the reception area.I will not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

Stain sheets on bed, hallways never cleaned or vacuumed! Heating unit in hall broken up laying on floor in hallway! Door entrances left open, never locked for security. Check in person came from upstairs about eight minutes after calling from front desk with a note to call for assistance! Check out no one there, note saying to leave your keys on counter and have a nice day! No one to talk to about new sheets ets. Would never stay again or recommend !

Where dirty smelly room my kids couldn’t sleep because they where get bite by bedbugs it was a very uncomfortable trip I had with my family never experienced this before and I paid full price to stay at this hotel.

The floor hasn't been vacuumed in forever bathroom floor was covered in hair and who knows what else . Bathroom door was falling aparrt and delaminated . There was little spiders and flies everywhere. Bedspread was covered in stains .
