"Room was booked with a higher rate for an ocean view. We arrived early and the very friendly staff put us immediately into a room with ocean "glimpse". We pointed out the error, they were very responsive and put us into another room with "half" an ocean view.
Whether this was because we were at the hotel before check-in time and they were aiming to please or whether it was because they had no full ocean view room is beyond me as the language was prohibitive. Breakfast was basic, the location...

"We had a wonderful 2 bed 2 bathroom villa with an amazing view of the beach. The infinity pool was also fantastic with one of the best views on Lembongan. Staff were friendly and helpful we loved our stay at Jenggala Hill"

"We had a lovely stay at D'Coin. The room was always clean and well presented and the pool facilities were also clean and well maintained. The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff were excellent, they were helpful, kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time at D'Coin :) thank you for making our honeymoon special. "
