"Beautiful boutique hotel, efficient and clean, located in a wonderful neighborhood central to many attractions and shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly, professional and caring. Breakfast options were very accommodating, amazing French pastries and, with the premium option, they'll cook you a delicious omelette. The open windows and outside spring air made the room comfortable so no need for A/C (which is available later for summer temperatures). I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"10/10 — would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location couldn’t be better: easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plus multiple metro stops and train stations nearby. The room itself was beautiful, and the staff were truly exceptional. We traveled with three young kids, and while it’s an upscale boutique hotel, it was still incredibly family-friendly. "We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. After returning to our room one evening, we found that the towels we had placed on the floor to be replaced had been rehung on the rack. When we contacted the front desk, we were told no staff were available to provide fresh towels. The offered solution, complimentary breakfast, was not useful since this was our final night.
