"The hotel is charming and in a great location on L'ile St Louis. Our room was very comfortable. I wish we had more than one night there and I would love to go back. The front desk staff was fine. Other staff were friendlier. "

"Great customer service! They managed to capture all my special request, and even surprise me with an Eiffel Tower room (room no. 721). Anastacia greeted me and my friend and offer us to have a look first at the room which I find an extra mile service. Spacious and modern room. Cafes, restaurants pharmacy and grocery store all just down the road. For the price you pay, is totally worth it! "

"How this hotel has received the positive reviews it has is beyond me! There was no Air Conditioning in our room - none! — we were on the 9th floor and Paris was in the midst of a heatwave. A technician supplied us with 2 very small fans that simply blew around hot air. She did her best with what she had but given what we paid for the room, I feel the hotel could do better. The place is in real need of upgrades. Carpets need cleaning and fresh paint would help the cosmetics. I would not stay...

"Positives: very good location for getting around Paris. Close to great restaurants and shops. Culturally diverse community. Hotel room in very good condition. Comfortable bed. "The location is amazing. It’s very well kept hotel. Breakfast is delicious and has wide variety. My only complaint is they skipped House Keeping and when we requested, they didn’t come until 8 o’clock at night to clean."

"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel.
