"The room was absolutely disgusting- sheets/ bed skirts were stained and dirty. There was a hair tie still within the sheets (so guessing bedding didn’t get changed) and when we asked to switch rooms, the owner/manager asked why we were “checking the mattress”. Also they had the door to outside taped up so it wouldn’t latch, allowing anyone access to the building. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere! "

"Cute old motel. Upgrades are good, loved the no carpet! Perfect for our overnight stay. Wish I could have taken advantage of the fire pits, they looked marvelous!"

"The hotel website as well as Expedia website said the hotel had “indoor pool and hot tub.” The pool and hot tub were full of water but closed for guests to use. The room pictures showed an arm chair in the room selected. There was no chair. The breakfast was poorly stocked and presented. We were kept awake much of the night by a guest in another room who was yelling. We called the desk and they said they would check it out. The staff was aware of the problem but did not do anything about it....

"Room was very clean and the staff was quite responsive to our questions/needs. It's an older, nostalgic, roadside inn. The motel does show it's age but served our needs for a close room to sleep in near an event we participated in. New owners are doing some work to fix it up. "

"Room and property were clean and staff extremely helpful, very welcoming and friendly. Pricing for our room not facing the beach made it a terrific value. Breakfast, one of 4-5 options of various packaged foods, which was OK if unremarkable, was delivered to your room door in the AM, which was nice. Overall: great value on a nice stay!"

"Nice location on the beach. Nehemiah at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were many and staff was very good at keeping it stocked. Good location for getting around the peninsula. Lots of dining options nearby, at all price points. We had a 3rd floor Petite King room facing the beach. Bed was comfortable but be aware that the room in this category is very small."
