"Staid over July 4 weekend with our family of four including two young kids and we had a great time. Several pools, private beach access, lots of food options, fast room service, it checked all the boxes. The location works well as a nice retreat from Traverse City, but close enough to easily drive in and enjoy all the city has to offer too."
"Having booked a 3 day stay for approx $1,000 , I was NOT expecting to pay for PARKING @ $20.00 per day....i think that is a ridiculous expectation to pay to park on the hotel property. Also didn't feel there was enough of the water park for the price....the Cabana rental for the day was $200 , also a Ridiculous price to pay.... Overall I felt the Staff was Great, but what you get for the price you pay was not worth coming back. The room I rented was a Loft, which was pretty nice, nothing...
