"The surroundings are beautiful. There are a few areas that need a little TLC including in the room I stayed in. I will say my room was immaculately clean with fresh linen and towels. Rose on reception was brilliant, instead of pointing me to my room she took the time to show me the way. The food in restaurant is excellent, 10/10 to the chefs. "We asked hotel to confirm we could have a parking space, they confirmed by email but neglected to mention it would cost £15. Check on was great, friendly person and helpful. Room was nice but metal clothes rack by bed didn’t leave much room and I bashed my knee on drawer knob. Venue was not great for sleep, they had very loud music until 01:15 an we did not sleep well as road was also loud from quite early. "Lovely area - Harlow Park. The property has a beautiful well- kept garden. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the house was homely. Food and drink available to buy and prepare on site in the well- eqipped kitchen. Books and board games galore. "

"A gem of a hotel. Located in a northern district of London, but well worth the additional time needed to get there. Great rooms, excellent free breakfast, and relaxing atmosphere. "

"Staff was fantastic. Room had no air conditioning and was hot. Food was terrible in the restaurant. This is only for breakfast as that was all we ate there and it was pretty much terrible. The wait staff couldn’t even get the order correct and we had to keep asking. Loraine on the hotel staff was excellent!"
