"Stayed over the bank holiday weekend. Lovely setting with rabbits and squirrels running around the grounds. Ate at the on-sight restaurant - several items not available on the menu, no lager available either. Food was very good with Sunday roasts. Room was nice but metal clothes rack by bed didn’t leave much room and I bashed my knee on drawer knob. "Parking on site was an added bonus- although to qualify for the 24-hour hotel £20 guest rate you need to go into reception. I spent 10 minutes trying to pay parking online and via the app, before going in. Then it was simple. Room was clean and very functional. Only confusion was the lighting.
