"There is a shuttle service but it was full and I needed to wait for the next shuttle. The Hot Tub is NOT working, the pool is COLD and the outside area was not maintained/ clean. The AC/Temp controls in the room did NOT work. The language barrier with staff was complicated. I speak some Spanish but that's NOT their language. Overall, this is not a place is return to. Sorry...."

"Honestly, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In terms of cleanliness, it is absolutely disgusting; there are cockroaches everywhere in the room. I don't know where the city authorities are—how do they allow this establishment to continue operating? It is a serious health hazard. Trash is strewn all over the hotel premises, and the floors in the hallways are filthy and repulsive. This hotel must be shut down immediately to prevent the spread of disease."

"I experienced a massive cockroach infestation in my room, I was planning to stay 5 nights but left after 3. The last night I was unable to sleep because there were cockroaches of all sizes everywhere in the room and on my suitcase as I was trying to leave. They need some serious attention to the issue. The front desk staff was unhelpful when I checked out in the middle of the night. Avoid this hotel unless they get some serious bug control. Extremely disappointing stay in what should have been a nice trip to the DFW area. One positive is the patio area is nice and lush with greenery. The rest is to be marked and avoided. "
