"Food is great "

"My coffee pot was broken, I had no hair dryer and had an ironing board but no iron. There were knives and two spoons but no forks in my kitchen One arm of the office chair was torn to shreds as was one of the curtains in the bedroom. The drain in the bathroom sink was closed and the stopper lever missing so I had to use a knife from the kitchen to open it. The towels at the base of the door to room 225 (there during my entire visit) suggests the room is being treated for something. As a woman business traveler I was alarmed to see one of the rear exterior doors to the hotel propped open one night. There were dogs staying at the hotel who were outside and unleashed. Overall, this property needs cleaning, updating, managing and some TLC. I’d love to know who gave this place an 8."

"We thought the hotel was clean. One elevator of two elevators was out of service during our stay. The bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and amenable to our request for a quiet room away from elevators and road noise. Breakfast was ok. I like a little more protein for breakfast. The breakfast here was mainly carbs. Gym was small but serviceable, and I used it."

"The hotel was clean I would give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars the reason im giving 3 stars is because the sheets were had something caked on them. I called to tell the front desk and they checked with house keeping they were gone for the day at 5pm and I was told I could come and get some sheets and change them. I had just checked in and I have to come and sheets and change them bad customer service. "
