"The room was advertised for 5 people. When we got there, there were only 2 beds. I asked the supervisor at the front desk, Gaby, if there were any options. She told me to "just deal with it" and either sleep 3 people on 1 bed or have the kids sleep on the floor. Completely unprofessional and utterly disappointing."
