"Parking was an additional 20 Euros per day. Breakfast was an additional 25 Euros per person per day (29 Euros if not booked through reception). No bath despite the room being described as “perfect for families”. Obviously never tried to shower two babies. Not near Ghent nor close to any convenient travel options (closest Tram is 20 minute walk away)"

"Our favourite hotel in town. Lovely staff, super helpful, good English spoken, rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. Easy parking and a nice walk by the waterside or a short stroll into town square. Good breakfast. Nice bar. Recently refurbished meeting rooms and so on. "

"Allowed to check-in Earlier as my flight arrived, Asked to add a 200 euro guarantee for the bar in the room, Given a great view room in the corner of the building. Small plates for breakfast, the room got a better cleaning the next as there was dust on some furniture. Received all the refund. Friendly staff."

"ブラッセル南駅の目の前なので交通利便性が高い。出入口のセキュリティにも気を配っている。部屋は窓が中庭に向いているので意外と静かで穏やか。デスクとソファがあって広さも十分なので快適。ただチェックアウト時刻が11時と早い。荷物は地下の有料ロッカーに預けることになる。大きいサイズは9ユーロ。南駅のロッカーは9.5ユーロなのでそれよりは安いけど、チェックアウトが早い分、荷物預かりはフリーにして欲しいところ。"

"Very well located. Not a lot of space in bedroom or bathroom but that's ok for a short stay. Breakfast was pretty good although I didn't try any of the hot dishes. The water cups are tiny which is the same in many hotels, so you have to keep refilling."
