It took 26 minutes to check in due to multiple people having issues w/Expedia & being canceled sent to other hotels. there was not one luggage rack available at 7 PM and I have a disability. I’m over 50 years old. I was moving. I didn’t feel good and I had just done 8 miles worth of moving. I wanted to lay down immediately.- "
