"We loved the hotel . The staff was great. The room was so hot we slept naked with no covers with the window open . There is no thermostat in the room.It was very ucomfortable . Let.us know when resolved and we will stay again.. "

"Staff were friendly but this hotel is in horrible condition. Holes in walls, broken lamps, broken furniture, a wall by the window that was not painted and covered in plaster. I think the staff meanwhile that they’re just not set up for success. The amount of renovation this hotel needs is probably just out of the means of what they will be able to do. If you stay here just plan on an untidy dirty hotel room, but they definitely do try and I didn’t see the cleaning lady working diligently to try...

"The front staff were rarely there. I was first shown a room that didn't have the two beds that I'd reserved. Moving to the appropriate sized room, I popped back to the front desk to ask for toiletries, as there were none. The desk staff said the individual shampoos were still to be delivered, and no soap other than 1 bar was in the place. He handed me the only full, family-sized bar of soap. The coffee is central in the lobby. Anyone who desires creamer uses a spoon in a Costco-sized communal...

"I actually don’t have any issues with the property. It was very adequate. The problem was Expedia made a mistake and double booked us. when I told the property manager this. They chose to check us into all four rooms anyhow and charged us resort fees for all four rooms even though they knew we only booked two rooms and the other two were a mistake. They then refused to refund any of the resort feees or charges."

"This facility is amazing. The room was so spacious, with a kitchen, dining and living room area separate from the bedroom. In the room we even had a fireplace for the extremely chilly weather. We also had a sliding glass door to step out onto our patio, with a view of the pool and snow capped mountains behind. We loved seeing the snow fall when we pulled back the curtain. It was a perfect pick for our Christmas trip to Breckenridge. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. "The building itself is a typical La Quinta hotel design. Rooms had microwaves and fridges as well as Roku TV which allowed you to use your own streaming services. The pool area was well equipped with towels. Hot tub was hot. Pool was clean. Breakfast was very simple. If you are gluten free, you will have limited options as most options are carbs. "Residence inn by Marriott Breck Parking $46/night! No towels left at pool, full stack of dirty towels next to pool door not being washed. Check in super quick! No lock on bedroom door. Very small pillows. Rooms were quiet. Hot tub gets busy. Small lobby bar open 4-10pm is nice. Outside seating. Breakfast has plenty to choose from. Very close to shopping and skiing. Can walk everywhere easily. Shuttle to hill you can put skis in back while riding. "

Right around the corner from Main St, ski lift is right out the door, jacuzzi and pool overlooking the mountains, pool table and game room for kids. While everyone else is driving, parking and bussing in you’re sleeping, eating breakfast and walking over to the ski lift. Couldn’t ask for a better property. "
