"The hotel is beautiful! It is decorated in an updated yet traditional venetian style, which is perfect and adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is set in a historical palace, but has all the comforts of a modern five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive, they helped us several times with recommendations and ordering a taxi. "Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!"

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "
