"Absolutely stunning property with everything you could want when staying in such a historical place. Our room had two balconies looking onto the canal. We took a ride on a Gondola at Academia Bridge and he dropped us home right at the hotels very own boat dock. Absolutely magical. "

Only a 3 minute walk from the from the Sant’Angelo stop so you can access transport around Venice, to train station and airport. Will absolutely stay here again! "

"Quaint & cozy stay in the quieter area of Venice. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. Close to the train station. Hotel arranged a water taxi (about 5min) upon arrival and a porter to carry our bags on 10 min walk back for departure. Breakfast included. "

"Great to stay just south of San Marco. Great restaurants withing a short distance. We were just a few minutes walk from the Academia and Peggy Guggenheim museums and very minimal distance from the Academia Bridge. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was great and a good way to start the day. Servers at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and were glad to be out of the busiest areas but still close enough to everything. "

"Oh, I did so much searching! I wanted to be walking distance to mostly everything. We were greeted and given our instructions for entry and what nots, then it was off to races. Room is elegant, clean, spacious, bed comfy, spacious bathroom with hot water and good pressure, ac and heat, breakfast brought to the room every morning (you choose what time), tho after the 3rd day you could really have a different choice but none the less, great.
