"Really enjoyed our stay here. Place is spotlessly clean. Staff are super helpful and polite. Rooms have nice touches like dressing gowns and slippers and umbrellas and tea things. We didn't use the cafe for breakfast so can't comment on it. The backdrop from the roof top bar is amazing but they didn't have blankets that would have been handy this time of year. Our room faced inwards so was super quiet.. no street noise. So handy to Central Station too"

"The property itself is wonderful, after a long day of running around the city I was super pleased to find that my room was very comfortable! The area around the hotel was quiet which is new for me when staying in NYC. Staff was nice as well! I had a short stay so I didn’t get a chance to check out any amenities but the room quality & proximity to grand central were enough for me to be very happy with my stay."
