"We had a gorgeous room, immaculate, lovely comfortable bed and great views of Bryant Park. Huge bathroom for NYC too. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The young Irish girl on reception (sorry we didn’t get your name) was brilliant - just overall such a good stay at the hotel. We have been returning to NYC for nearly 30 years, this was our first time here, we’d definitely return "

It was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing in NYC. Rooms were pretty small, but 2nd floor suite allowed for stretching out with more space.
