"I would have given this 5 stars except we were guaranteed a room with a balcony. We did not get that, instead we had a room on the street side. Be aware that the street side is very noisy. We never met anyone from the staff. There was a sign saying they would be available after 11 pm. The room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and having the restaurant next door was a bonus. Just nake sure to get a room with a balcony, which is opposite the street side. "
