Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help.
Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace.
Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul."
"The Staff, particularly Tatiana, the Manager, who at all times wanted to know if all was OK with our room. We were assigned the best room, with a fantastic view of the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast area was a bit tight, especially at 8am, when the hotel opened for breakfast. The hotel is strategically located... all main points of interest in Istanbul were only 10-15min walk!"

"Breakfast definitely needs to be improved, same stuff everyday, only thing they offer to make fresh are eggs. Also jams need to be changed after every guest, because we had used and half empty ones(photo attached). Our AC didnt work when we arrived, but front desk staff was very professional and quick to give us a new room, props for that. Overall great hotel, great location and service."
