We arrived and couldn’t get in our door. After many ties jiggling the door we made it in. The furniture was disgusting, dirty, old worn, and torn. The room stunk. The ac unit wouldn’t not come on. When we picked up the phone to call the front desk the handset wasn’t w en attached to the phone. The furniture was cracked and peeling from being so old. The chair has torn from cat scratches. The floor made my socks dirty as I walked. We asked for a new room but was told it was sold out. Being there for a family graduation from boot camp we feared other hotels would be too so we stayed. Breakfast was empty when we went down the first morning. We were very angry that we were out in this position by a Hilton brand. We will share this with anyone we can. The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. That is the only bright spot.

For this to be a Hilton, it sure gave Motel 6 vibes in the inside of the doors. These rooms need S E R I O U S updating!!! I know my hotels, as a 20 year hospitality employee, I know the standard. This hotel was not even close. Paint, walls were gross, scrub the stains, THROW THOSE CHAIRS OUT!!! Bottom mattress had no cover (bed skirt) with stains showing. Dirty fork in the dishwasher *vomits It was late and I couldn’t leave otherwise I would have! So much for a comfortable stay.

Things I liked...The rooms were big, especially the king room with master bath. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Liked having sitting area away from bedrooms and cooking area, even though we did not use it. Coffee and cocoa bar were excellent! Things not happy with.. The door never latched all the way when you left the room, just had to push on it hard enough and it opened. Anyone could of entered our room when we were not there. No coffee table in front of the sofa and remote control was missing. One of the shear curtains for the sitting room was missing as well as the closet doors for the queen room. Maintenance said there was a wild party in the room a few days before and do not know how the doors went missing. They replaced them on our second day. Not much choice for breakfast. Not usual Hilton great breakfast we had at other hotels. Just okay. Someone was smoking cigars in or around the storage room on our floor and that's all you could smell when getting off the elevator. There is none to little ventilation, so the smell lingered. Also no fans in the bathroom! My wife has crohn's disease and no way to air out the room. Even with the issues, we would stay again.

Avoid this place!
Did several multi-day stays at this hotel several years ago and loved it, so booked it again. What a mistake! Property has really deteriorated. Front desk clerk not friendly at check in, and didn’t seem all that competent. Room was musty, old, needed painting, and had chairs with the covering flaking off. Dishwasher was out of order. Then, about 3:00 on morning, refrigerator began making a loud clanking noise. Thought it would eventually stop, but didn’t, so I had to pull out refrigerator from its space and unplug it. Stay away from this place.

Great service when i showed up ok when i left old rooms old everything surprised it was a hilton breakfast what breakfast room service nope crappie AC/heat. Ok hot water not very long neither remote worked right for tv.

I’m a Hilton honors member anyway, so I always stay in one of there hotels, but the room was better than advertised on here the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. I love that they had all the cookware need in a kitchen, glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, toaster , pots and pans, even the dish liquid to clean up afterwards! I loved everything about this hotel!

The toilet did not flush. Had to use a bucket of water each time I wanted to flush toilet, staff kept making excuses SMH. Sheets did not smell fresh. I left a day earlier, lost money but did not care. Do not waste your money. Please stay somewhere else.

No disappointment here!
Comfort. My family came out to Lawton for the mountains. This place is phenomenal! Clean room, exercise room was spacious and equipment worked. The breakfast was tasty, eggs, bacon, pastries, juices and fruit. The staff was wonderful, polite and friendly. They are pet friendly and do charge a fee. My dog had an awesome time running in the back, so much land. They also provide bags to pick up after ur pet. Again very clean property.

So the front desk lady was sound asleep when we checked in at 11 pm. Had to wake her up and then she kept laying back down and closing eyes as checking us in. If she is that sick she should have been working or if she is that tired than the night shift might not be for her. Also AC is room didn’t work. When we checked out the next morning the daytime front desk person gave me the managers email as I took photos and a short video of this nighttime desk worker so I could send to management. Emailed this info to manager and texted video to manager as data file was too big. Now today five days later text only number is texting me asking info about stay. I asked manager if one of her works has that number to which she says no. But yet this person knows info of our stay so can only assume it is the now disgruntled employee. Waiting on manager to get with GM tomorrow to figure this out. If it keeps up and no resolution comes from GM and manager I will go to corporate and file complaint as I have this employees full name.

Disappointed
System was down for key machine both days we stayed, whenever you left the room desk clerk had to walk you to your room to be let in. Floors were sticky, tv system was down and wouldn’t be working for a couple more days, hotel was obviously older and needs updating. I couldn’t believe this was a Hilton Hotel $150 a night for something like this is very disappointing. Hotel staff were great and professional during this very difficult situation.

Checkin and out was easy. Staff was friendly and attentive. My only concern was a lack of soap in the rooms because they were waiting on a shipment. Everything else was handled very promptly.

We were in a crunch, we flew in from out of state for my sons graduation at BCT and the hotel we originally booked was so dirty and gross. We came here after being turned away from other hotels that were booked out hoping we could get a room. I wish I got he front desks workers name, she was amazing!!! She’s on the evening shift, she helped us get settled in right away. I’m so pleased with her and how clean the rooms were. I highly recommend staying here.

We used their vending machines (had to go to each floor) kept getting the wrong drink dispensed and every drink we got was expired. Front desk swapped our expired vending machine drinks for expired drinks from the front desk area. Breakfast was not great, omelet was cold and rubbery. Bedding didn’t match both beds, crumbs and hairs in the beds.

The property was well kept and the staff was decent. The room was clean and as described, however, the thermostat was not functioning, resulting in the heat running all night. This made for a pretty uncomfortable sleep/stay.

Evening social was a life saver with light food after a day of traveling. Room was very clean and comfy. Water pressure in bathroom sink was poor. Parking is limited. Staff very friendly.

Won’t stay here again
This location fell short of Hilton standards. When we first arrived at 4:30 our room still wasn’t ready (check in was at 3:00). The hotel itself is full of partial repairs and bandaids over issues. Our bedding had stains on it and some of it wasn’t king size and didn’t actually fit the bed and was torn. When we asked for new bedding the next morning we were told we would get some. Then at 8pm that night I had to go down and request it again. When we checked out I was asked if we enjoyed our stay to which I answered “it wasn’t our best experience” and the only reply I got was “that’s understandable.” Positives were the breakfast was good and most of the staff were super kind. The area is filled with hotels and we will find a new location to stay.
