"Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived at the parking. Our room (deluxe double room 2) was clean and comfortable. Our friends were in room 3 which had a pitched ceiling. Everything you could want was provided, including water, beer and soft drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine. All these were replenished. "Goede ligging voor het verkennen van Gent. Parkeren kan bij het hotel dus je hebt je auto niet meer nodig. Ontbijt kon beter, ook in het weekend tot 10 uur en rond 09.30 waren de broodjes al op. En als er dan na gevraagd werd kreeg je niet een erg vriendelijk reactie."

"Hands down the best breakfast bar in recent memory. Our room happened to be right above the nightclub, so some nights it was loud until midnight, other nights it wrapped up by 11pm. Also, the private balcony chairs and balcony overall is filthy dirty and the wifi speaker in the room didn't work. The location was a nice change of pace, not smack in the middle of the tourist centro, but close enough to a few small grocery stores for essentials. Did I mention that breakfast?"

"Overall, I had a good stay. The hostel was clean and in a great central location, making it easy to get around. My only issue was that there was basically no air conditioning, and the rooms rely on open windows. It was fine during my visit, but I could see it getting very hot in warmer weather. Other than that, I would recommend staying here."
