"Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war gut. Allerdings hat uns der Empfang an der Rezeption gar nicht gefallen. Der Mitarbeiter begrüßte uns kühl und irgendwie schon arrogant herablassend. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir „nur“ zwei Standardzimmer gebucht haben? Bei so einem Start achtet man natürlich auch kritischer darauf, ob ansonsten alles stimmt. Und da muss man schon sagen, dass das Hotel sich zwar mit 5 Sternen schmückt, der 5. Stern aber eigentlich nicht mehr passt, da das Hotel mittlerweile doch...

"I absolutely loved this hotel and all the aesthetics. It was the perfect location to all of the restaurants, port cellars, and shops. The rooftop Bar C&B inside the hotel had the perfect view of the Dom Luis bridge and the drinks were very good. I had breakfast and the buffet had everything you can think of. Very delicious.
I got a massage at the hotel, it was a full body massage with Port wine and it was amazing.
