"Fun and clean property with a great staff. We also took a tour with them and received a discount on our meal at the restaurant. Wonderful spot with everything you could look for in a base camp. Palmi on the Thorsmark tour was especially awesome."

"This was the perfect stop after three days in the Highlands and before continuing along the South Coast. We arrived at Brú after 8pm, which was just about right. Honestly, I do not think we could have driven much further that night. There are completely dark areas between the cottages with no artificial lighting, so there is almost no light pollution. The number of stars you can see is incredible, and this would be a perfect place for watching the northern lights. Unfortunately, we got...

"Definitely will come back to see the northern lights from Our room again."

The issues experienced during our stay were with the hot water and the amenities. The shower controls appear to lack any sort of pressure-balancing valve. The result is that during even a quick shower, the temperature of the water can fluctuate between scolding hot and freezing cold. I assume that this is a result of changing water demands as...

"Bel emplacement.

"The accommodation was spacious, but had lots of room for improvement. It met the minimum standard of cleanliness (the bedding and mattresses were clean) but overall it is a worn-out farmhouse and there were bugs, cobwebs, etc. The windows could use curtains for privacy especially in the bathroom. Meeting the farm animals was fun. There are many dogs and cats as well as typical farm animal like sheep. It is probably not a good fit for people who like neat and tidy accommodations, but...

"My only complaint would be the rooms are small and"
