"Wir hatten ein Igloo ohne Bad/ Toilette Es ist ein Raum mit 3 Heizgeräten Das Bett hat eine Heizdecke Dadurch das es geregnet hat waren die Scheiben angelaufen und man musste auch die Heizer die ganze Nacht laufen lassen Wir würden es noch mal buchen und die Igloos mit Bad / Toilette probieren Um ein endgültiges Fazit zu ziehen Auf jeden Fall war es eine unruhige Nacht durch die Heizer"

"This was the perfect stop after three days in the Highlands and before continuing along the South Coast. We arrived at Brú after 8pm, which was just about right. Honestly, I do not think we could have driven much further that night. There are completely dark areas between the cottages with no artificial lighting, so there is almost no light pollution. The number of stars you can see is incredible, and this would be a perfect place for watching the northern lights. Unfortunately, we got...

"Fun and clean property with a great staff. We also took a tour with them and received a discount on our meal at the restaurant. Wonderful spot with everything you could look for in a base camp. Palmi on the Thorsmark tour was especially awesome."

"Some of the walkways were covered in ice which made it difficult to navigate the property. The gym equipment was older and some of it was broken."

"This hotel has received a recent update and the rooms have been tastefully modernized. The bathroom, particularly the shower is tight bit manageable. The issues experienced during our stay were with the hot water and the amenities. The shower controls appear to lack any sort of pressure-balancing valve. The result is that during even a quick shower, the temperature of the water can fluctuate between scolding hot and freezing cold. I assume that this is a result of changing water demands as...

"Bel emplacement. Hôtel qui aurait besoin d’un peu d’entretien et plus de services."

"Location is great. Super cute, but small cabin. Hot tub did not work very well and didn’t hold its heat. Only 4 towels, 1 dish towel and cloth for 4 people for a two night stay. Only 4 coffee pods for a 2 night stay. Was surprised to find no basics in the kitchen. Salt, pepper or oil. However, those were not promised. Duvet inside cover was very stained and a bit off putting. The cabin had good instructions for most things. I would recommend including instructions for cook top as well."

"For the amount we spent for one night, this property fell well short of our expectations. Access was difficult, even with a 4x4, due to extremely poor road conditions, limited signage, and no lighting. Reaching our unit meant carrying luggage a long distance along an unlit gravel path in strong winds and rain, using a phone flashlight to navigate—especially challenging with children. The private sauna and hot tub were major reasons we booked, but the owners advised that neither could be used...

"Leider konnte man die Toilettentüre nicht schließen und es gab kein Toilettenpapier mehr."
