"We had paid for a clean, take in care of room, with a view of the strip of Las Vegas. What we got was an old room with broken closets doors, with a view of the parking lot. When we complained they moved us to another room with a larger view of the parking lot. The rooms were old and you can’t use the refrigerator because they stock it with alcohol and you can’t put anything in the refrigerator. If you ask them they for a refrigerator they want to charge you 30.00 a night. Not happy with staying at Caesars palace."

"The entire place smells of cigarette smoke. If you don't like smelling like a 1990's bar everyday, this is not your place to stay. That's the only real issue with Bellagio - wreaks like an ashtray and it's disgusting. "
