"Very welcoming and accommodating. Unique hotel in a terrific central location. Recommendations by front desk for nearby eateries, coffee etc were very good. Only negative, which is small, was the bathroom temperature was very cold, a solid 15 degrees below the room; there was a radiator heater in the bathroom but staff said it could not be activated unless the outside temperature was below freezing! And no space heaters available. Overall a very small issue though for an otherwise very pleasant stay"

"Check in was easy and we arrived to complimentary s'mores ingredients. We didn't let the crazy wind from stopping us. The room was clean and a good size. Only downside was that for the life of us we couldn't get the fan/ac to turn on. Check out was easy and they recommended a breakfast spot that was delicious. So glad we stayed!"
