Hi, we're sorry that you were not happy about the pool rules. A large pool like ours take a few hours to clean especially if done manually. We are working on acquiring an automatic pool cleaner to ensure that the 50m pool is well maintained at all times. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Vince and Megan, thank you for staying with us. All our units come with free toiletries for your stay. The only difference from a regular accommodation hotel is that we are not able to provide daily housekeeping and replenish the toiletries once they ran out. We're sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. You could have booked a 5-star hotel instead of staying at a cheap alternative that we are able to provide.
