"This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. I wood stay here again in a heartbeat. The breakfast included is light years better then the typical American continental breakfast, the Italian restaurant...

"Zimmer sehr klein, sehr ringhörig, alles sehr basic: Fenster kann nicht richtig geöffnet werden, kein Schrank, bloss offenes Regal, keine Kleiderbügel, keine Nachttischleuchten, enges Bad, keine Zahngläser, keine Duschvorleger - Preis-Leistung leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Eincheckprozess etwas umständlich - modern gemeint, aber drüfte simpler sein. Sehr geräumiger, gut geheizter Skiraum. Coole Bar. Zu Fuss paar Minuten vom Shuttle zum Alpin Express, Lage optimal. "

"The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. From the balcony you have a nice view to the mountains and it is sunmy in the afternoon. The chairlifts are 500 meters away and there is a small bus to nring us close tothe mountains. Breakfast is good and complete before a ski day. Would definitely recommend "

"We arrived at late night and the check in was easy via the kiosk. The night manager who let us inside the hotel was very helpful and so the service was excellent. With regards to amenities, we would have loved to have the chiller inside the room on a hot summer day. Overall, our stay was excellent and will look into booking again."
