Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!

They make you feel like family

It's not a luxury hotel and not pretending to be one. Just a friendly, correct and warm hotel. Warm is harder to come by in this country, so even more appreciated. I'll be back.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly. Super clean, beautiful deck, great breakfast, comfy beds and great bathroom. We even got an upgrade which was very nice. There isn’t anything that we did not like.

The hotel has an excellent location in the center of Saas Fee, close to restaurants and shops. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast at flexible hours. The host provided excellent service and help when needed. Would stay there again!
