"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es ist alles sauber, der Spa ist super und das Frühstück auch. Auch nochmal vielen Dank an den sehr netten und lieben Chauffeur ( wissen leider keinen Namen ) der für uns immer da war, uns von der Liftstadion abgeholt hat und uns durch das Parkhaus gefahren hat ( haben unser Auto nicht gleich gefunden ), bitte liebe Grüße an ihn. "My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"
