Hotel Romantik di Lands End

"We had the family two rooms. The rooms were clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very professional and helpful. We stayed 2 nights with breakfast, which was a good quality and plenty of choice. The hotel was very niecely decorated for xmas. We asked for an extra item and it was delivered by the housekeeping team, who also cleaned the room mid stay plus changed couple of towels. They did not have to do that. We also needed an extra remote control for the 2nd TV and this was promptly...

Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. The atmosphere is one of calm and professional bar staff and restaurant staff providing good quality service. Our room was well maintained and it’s obvious that the Hotel is undergoing some amazing refurbishment but this does not impact on standards. We look forward to coming back later in the year."
